从车辆管理控制需求出发,分析车辆管理信息控制基本形式,建立基于信息控制的车辆管理模式结构,提出管理模式的控制功能、控制内容、控制标准、控制逻辑、控制流程等构成要素,探讨管理模式的全要素、全过程管控运用。

Based on vehicle management and control requirements, the paper analyzes the basic forms of vehicle manage- ment information control, builds the information control -based vehicle management mesh mode, presents its components, such as control function, control contents, control standard, control logic and control process, and discusses its total factors and the application of full process control.
