摘要
以80 V/400 A交流调速控制器为例,选择2种类型的MOSFET功率管,根据其型号和并联数量确定2种调速控制器的布局和整体结构,并利用ANSYS对MOSFET功率管进行发热仿真分析。结果表明,选择少量内阻小的MOSFET功率管并联,发热量大,但可优化控制器结构;多只内阻大的MOSFET功率管并联,发热量小,但其结构稍微复杂。MOSFET功率管的型号决定了控制器的整体布局和散热性能。
A 80V/400A AC controller is taken as an example. Choosing two types of power MOSFETs, the controller' s layout and overall structure are determined according to the types and parallel numbers. The fever layout simulation is made by using ANSYS. The result shows that the less the MOSFET number and the resistance, the more the heat, but its struc- ture can be improved; the more the number and the resistance, the less the heat, but the structure is more complicate. The model of power MOSFET determines the overall layout and the heat transfer performance of the controller.
