摘要
针对我军后勤装备周转维修器材保障中存在的配送时效性不高、整体保障效益偏低等问题,提出了时效性和成本并举的仓库选址目标,建立了双层布局优化模型,并设计启发式算法求解。最后,以X战区后勤装备周转维修器材仓库布局选址为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at long delivery time and low support efficiency of our army' s logistics equipment turnover maintenance materials, the goal of timely and economical warehouse location is presented, a double-layer layout optimization model is built, and a heuristic algorithm is designed. Finally, the layout and location of logistics equipment turnover maintenance materials warehouse in X theater is taken as an example to validate the effectiveness of the method.
