在全球经济一体化更加深入发展的今天,文化作为国家利益的一个组成部分,其重要性在日益增加。随之而来的文化安全问题也成为各国在维护国家利益的过程中需要重视的问题。在各国文化相互激荡、互相交融及西方文化的强势入侵下,中国的主流意识形态、传统文化及民族文化都受到了不同程度的冲击和影响。鉴于此,只有加强交流与对话,吸收西方文化当中的精华,抵制腐朽文化的侵袭,才能共建全球文化体系。中国要摒弃华夏文化中心论或西方文明中心论,秉持开放包容的精神对待人类创造的一切优秀文化成果;要继续弘扬优秀的民族文化,在文化全球化的趋势下不但要捍卫自己的民族文化,还要吸收一切优秀文化成果,推动社会主义的文化大发展大繁荣,在捍卫国家文化安全的同时拓展国家的文化利益。

The cultural security problem has become a national problem that ought to be stressed in the maintenance of national interests. Under the background of the mutual reaction and blend among many cultures and in facing the strong invasion of the western culture,China＇s mainstream ideology,traditional culture and national culture are subject to the impact and influence of the western cultures at different levels. In view of this,only by strengthening the exchanges and dialogue,absorbing the essence of western culture,and resisting the decadent culture can we build the global cultural system. China should abandon the argument which insists on the core of the Chinese culture or on the core of the western civilization. Rather,we should adhere to the spirit of absorbing any excellent civilization achievements. Under the trend of cultural globalization,we ought to carry forward the excellent national culture. We ought not only to defend our national culture,but also to absorb all the excellent cultural achievements,in order to promote socialist cultural development and great prosperity. We ought to safeguard our country＇s cultural security interests and to expand our national culture.
