摘要
在隧道施工过程中不可避免地会出现淋水段作业,在这种情况下为保证施工安全通常采用止水灌浆,由于岩体比较破碎,存在大量节理裂隙,而普通水泥注浆受颗粒粒径制约,不能很好封堵一些微小裂隙,致使注浆后仍然存在地下水通道,导致渗滴水。本文论述了在大伙房水库输水工程中,使用超细水泥(HSC)进行隧洞止水灌浆的原因、方案及主要施工工艺流程。实践证明该方案可行,可在同类工程中推广。
Water drenching section operation cannot be avoided in tunnel construction process. Water sealing by grouting is usually adopted in order to ensure safe construction under the condition. Since the rock is fractured, there are a lot of joint fissures. While ordinary cement Muting is limited by particle size, and some tiny cracks can not be well plugged, thereby there is still underground water channel leading to water dripping after grouting. In the paper, reasons, plan and main construction process flow of using HSC for tunnel water sealing by grouting in Dahuofang reservoir water diversion project are described. Practice proves that the plan is feasible, which can be promoted in similar projects.
