运用QC小组活动提高反滤料成品的合格率初探

Primary Discussion on Improving Pass Rate of Anti-filter Finish Product with QC Group Activities

南水北调中线工程潮河段三标,在渠道衬砌施工进入最后的攻坚阶段时,反滤料成品的合格率低,成了制约施工进度的瓶颈。项目部通过此次QC活动,把反滤料成品的合格率提高了11个百分点,完成了既定目标,用保质保量的反滤料使得工程按期完成。项目部最后把攻关成果归纳整理,并对活动中采取的对策制订了相应的巩固措施。

When tunnel lining construction is in the final stage for South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project Chaohe Section No. 3 Bid, anti-fiher finished product has low pass rate, thereby restricting construction progress. Pass rate of anti-fiher finished product is improved by 11% through QC activities by project department. Given objective is completed. The project is completed on schedule by anti-filter material with high quality and sufficient quantity. Solution achievements are concluded and sorted by the project department, and corresponding consolidation measures are formulated aiming at strategies adopted in the activity.
