摘要
分析了黄血盐钠结块的原因,主要是由于烘干过程控制不当造成干湿不均匀,在存放过程中产生二次结晶现象。为了解决黄血盐钠的结块问题,在结晶工艺中,应控制结晶温度,使结晶颗粒大小均匀;在烘干过程中,应控制烘干温度和进料速度,使成品干湿均匀,游离水分在0~0.5%。
The caking reasons of sodium ferrocyanide were analyzed.The main caking reasons were due to in the drying process resulting in wet and dry uneven,secondary crystallization during storage.The coking of sodium ferrocyanide was solved by controlling the crystallization temperature in the crystallization process,that can improve crystal particle size distribution and controlling drying temperature and feed rate in the process of drying that can improve uniform dry and wet of products,free moisture in 0~0.5%.
