补充锌元素对高强度运动肾促红细胞生成影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析锌元素对高强度运动肾促红细胞生成的影响。方法:选取某体育学院60名男性运动员,将运动员随机分为对照组20人,运动组40人,进行长跑运动训练1周后,根据肾促红细胞血象参数、体重以及运动能力将运动组运动员,划分为运动组20人和补锌运动组20人,持续进行长跑运动和锌元素的补充,观察补充锌元素对高强度运动肾促红细胞血象以及血清肾促红细胞EPO水平的影响。结果:5周长跑运动训练后的运动组运动员与对照组肾促血细胞指标比较,运动组的Hb、RBC和Hct均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。对比补锌运动组和对照组可以看出,补锌运动组的肾促红细胞平均体积(MCV)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其肾促红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)以及红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),尤其两组的MCHC指标,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),但两组间剩余肾促红细胞相关参数并无显著性差异(P>0.05),补锌运动组的Hb、RBC、Hct水平明显高于运动组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。补锌运动组运动员的血清肾促EPO水平明显高于对照组和运动组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补充锌元素能够促进运动员肾促红细胞的生成,锌元素在一定程度上能够提高机体的运动能力。 Objective: To analyse the zinc elements on the influence of high intensity exercise kidney promote erythropoie.sis. Methods: to choose a sports institute 60 male athletes, the athletes were randomly divided into control group, 20 sportsgroup of 40 people, long-distance running sports training after 1 week, according to the kidney to promote red blood cells,blood picture parameter, weight and movement ability will exercise group of athletes, divided into exercise group of 20 andzinc supplementation group of 20 people, continuous long distance movement and zinc supplementation, observation of zincsupplement on high intensity exercise kidney promote red blood cells, blood picture and the influence of serum kidney pro.mote red blood cell EPO level. Results: 5 weeks long distance movement after exercise training group of athletes to kidneyand promote blood indexes compared with control group, Hb, RBC, Hct in exercise group were significantly lower than thatof control group (P 〈 0.01). Contrast exercise group and the control group, zinc supplementation zinc supplementationgroup kidney promote average red blood cell volume (MCV) is significantly higher than control group (P 〈 0.05), the kidneyto promote red blood hemoglobin (MCH) and red blood hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), significantly lower than the con.trol group (P 〈 0.05), especially MCHC indexes of two groups, has a very significant difference (P 〈 0.01), but the remain.ing kidney promote red blood cell related parameters between the two groups was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05),zincsupplementation and Hb, RBC, Hct levels of exercise group was obviously higher than exercise group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0.05). Zinc supplementation athletes kidney promote EPO serum levels of exercise group was obviously higher than that of control group and exercise group, there is significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: adding zinc can promote athletes kidney promote the production of red blood cells and zinc to a certain extent, can improve the sport ability of the body.
