改进的烟气轮机轴振动监控系统的模糊μ稳控技术

摘要 催化裂化车间的烟气轮机属于互相关联的复杂的多输入多输出控制对象,传统的控制算法很难满足其稳定控制的要求。本文首先对催化裂化车间的烟气轮机的机轴震动及机轴位移的控制方案进行建模,构造出一个二阶欠阻尼控制系统,将系统的阶跃偏差作为输入,分析其在常规控制器的作用下的动态曲线,然后利用模糊μ稳控算法,并根据已有的经验及技术知识对系统的动态特性进行分析及推理,从而设计一种能够对二阶欠阻尼系统起到很好抑制作用的模糊μ控制器,Matlab仿真实验证明了该控制器的可行性和有效性。 The flue gas expander of the FCC workshop belongs to the interrelated complex multiple input multiple outputcontrol object, the traditional control algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of the stability control, therefore this pa?per on the catalytic cracking workshop of smoke gas expander machine shaft vibration and axial displacement of the controlsystem modeling, constructing a second-order owed damping control system, the system of the step deviation as input, anal?yses its role in conventional controller under dynamic curve, then using fuzzy control algorithm, on the basis of the existingexperience and technical knowledge and the dynamic characteristics of system analysis and reasoning, to design a system tosecond order under-damped have very good inhibitory effect of the fuzzy controller, the Matlab simulation experimentsprove the feasibility and effectiveness of the controller.
