摘要 针对滚动轴承发生故障时信号的调制特点,提出了基于总体局部均值分解(ELMD)和Teager能量算子解调的故障诊断方法。运用ELMD方法对振动信号进行分解,得到有限个单分量的调幅调频信号;运用能量算子解调方法对包含有故障特征信息的分量进行解调,提取故障特征频率。将该方法应用于实际滚动轴承滚动体点蚀故障诊断中,成功地提取出了故障特征频率。 Aimed at the modulation characteristics of rolling bearing fault signals occurred, a fault diagnosis method was proposed based on ensemble local mean decomposition ( ELMD) and Teager energy operator demodulation. The vibration signal was decomposed by ELMD method to obtain a finite set of single-component modulation signals, and then the component including fault feature informa-tion was demodulated by using energy operator demodulation method to extract the fault feature frequency. This method is applied to di-agnose the actual gearbox bearing with rolling element fault of spot erosion, and the fault characteristic frequency is extracted success-fully.
