桥头堡战略视阈中云南省高职教育的发展研究

A Research on Higher Vocational Education Development of Yunnan Province from the View of “Bridgehead”Strategy

通过与广东、河南、四川和辽宁等发达省区高职教育的对比分析,发现云南省高职教育虽然成就显著,但仍然存在如教育基础薄弱、地区院校发展不均衡、不能完全适应桥头堡战略需求、国际合作交流不足等问题。面对新形势、新问题、新机遇,探讨了推进云南省高职教育创新发展的几项对策:理顺高职教育的体制机制,促进地区高职院校均衡发展,提升高职院校专任教师数量与质量,调整优化专业设置,加强高职院校内涵建设,合理配置教育资源,提升面向产业升级培养新型人才的能力,搭建继续教育服务平台,推进多形式国际合作交流。

Made comparison analysis of higher vocational education development with developed prov-inces and regions,such as,Guangdong,Henan,Sichuan and Liaoning.Some bottleneck problems of vo-cational education development of Yunnan were shown as the following：weak basic education,unbal-anced development amongdifferent regions,cannot well meet the practical demand of“bridgehead”strat-egy and the lack of international cooperation and communication and so on.Facing such new situation, problems and new chances,some new strategies about the innovative development of vocational education development of Yunnan are discussed in this paper as the following：straightening out systems and mecha-nisms of higher vocational education,promoting balance development for vocational education of different regions,improving the amount and quality of full-time teachers,developed and optimized professional settings,strengthening the connotation construction of higher vocational education,configured appropri-ately education resources,improving the competence of fostering new type talents who are adapting indus-trial upgrading,put up the service platform of continuing education,speeding up various forms of interna-tional cooperation and exchanges.
