摘要
笔者对有关非正式学习的文献进行了搜集和梳理,结合自身的学习思考,从由来、概念和特征三个方面,对非正式学习进行了论述。
The author collects and summarizes literatures on informal learning,and discusses informal learning from three aspects: origin,concept and characteristics,combined with the author's own thinking.
