自治区中职师资培养培训工作现状、问题与对策分析——以新疆农业大学培训基地为例

The Current Situation,Problems and Solutions of Autonomous Vocational Teacher Training——a case study of Xinjiang Agricultural University Base

文章以新疆农业大学培训基地为例,对近年来自治区的中职教育师资培养培训工作进行了概述。对中职教师参加培训的意愿进行了分析并验证,结果表明在自治区教龄较短、职称与学历较低的教师,少数民族教师和非"双师型"教师对培训的需求更大。通过教师回访工作发现目前基地建设中存在的主要问题,并思考提出了相应的解决对策:完善职业教育教师培养培训制度的建设;基地定期开展教师回访工作;优化基地布局结构,加强内涵建设,加大投入力度,扩大培训规模。

Taking an example of Xinjiang Agricultural University training base , the Article pro-vides an overview of vocational teachers training of the autonomous region in recent years .On the willingness to participate in training teachers were analyzed and validated , the results show that the autonomous region seniority short , bigger titles, less educated teachers , teachers and non Minorities"Double Teachers"training needs .Pointed out by teachers returning to work the main problems ex-isting in the current base construction , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures: Teacher training and education to improve the construction of vocational training systems;bases visit regular-ly carry out the work of teachers;optimize the base layout structure , strengthen the connotation con-struction , plus big investment , expand the scale of training .
