高职院校廉政文化建设的研究——以浙江工贸职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction of Clean and Honest Administration Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College for Example

十八大以来,党的反腐倡廉工作进入新的历史时期,高校是以人才培养为核心任务的社会功能单位,发挥着文化引领、科学研究等功能,同时,也成为腐败案件易发的高危地带。推进校园廉政文化建设,既为学校改革和发展保驾护航,也对社会反腐倡廉工作在时间和空间的纵深发展产生积极作用。探讨高职院校校园廉政文化建设的必要性和制约因素,并以浙江工贸职业技术学院为例,提出"坚持核心思想,完善长效机制,构建途径平台"建设的探索之路。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the anti-corruption work has entered into a newhistorical period. As a social functional unit, the higher college which makes talent cultivation as a core mission plays four functionssuch as the cultural guide, scientific researching etc, and also becomes a high risk district that the corruption cases happen easily. Topromote the construction of incorrupt government culture is to protect the colleges＇ reform and development and also has a positive effectfor social anti-corruption work in time and space. Taking Zhejiang Industry ＆ Trade Vocational College as an example, the articlediscusses the necessity and constraint of the higher vocational colleges＇ incorrupt culture construction. Zhejiang Industry ＆ Trade VocationalCollege has explored and put forward a constructional path of ＂Insist the core thought, complete the long-term mechanism,and construct the way and platform＂.
