高职院校学生转专业现象的分析与思考——以浙江工贸职业技术学院为例

Analysis and Reflection on the Phenomenon of Changing Majors among Higher Vocational College Students——Taking Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College for Example

近年来,高职院校学生申请转专业的趋势日益明显。学校从尊重学生个性选择,鼓励学生个性化发展的角度出发,将学生的成长成才放在首位,努力为学生提供适合的教育,满足不同潜质学生的发展需求。文章分析了高职院校学生转专业的原因和转专业所带来的各方面影响,并就高职院校该如何应对和处理转专业提出了一些建议和设想。

In recent years, there is an apparent tendency for higher vocational college students to apply to change their majors.Higher colleges attempt to put the growth of talent of students at the first place to repect students＇ personal choices and encourage students＇individual development so as to work hard to provide every student with appropriate education and satisfy students of differentpotentials. This article places a preliminary analysis on the reasons of changing majors and the influences brought by it on higher vocationalcollege students, with lastly coming up with providing some corresponding measures on how to cope with changing majors forhigher vocational colleges.
