我国“员工制”家政服务商业模式研究

摘要 近年来我国家政服务市场需求越来越大,但家政企业与雇主之间在服务内容、形式及质量等方面的供需矛盾日益突出,家政服务商业模式已成为制约家政行业发展的主要因素。国内规模最大的中青家政"员工制"模式颇具特色,通过对其模式的结构、特点及内在机理研究,为家政企业商业模式创新提供借鉴,为我国家政行业的规范化和规模化发展提供启示。 In recent years, with the increasing requirement of homemaking service market in China, the supply-demand contradictionbetween homemaking enterprises and employers in the service content form and quality has become more prominent. Homemakingservice business mode has become the main problem that restricts the development of homemaking industry. The "Staff-hiring"mode of Zhongqing homemaking company which is the largest one in china is very characteristic. Through the research on thestructure, characteristics and the intrinsic mechanism of the model, it can provide the reference for the innovation of business modeand provide some enlightenment for the standardization and scale development of Chinese homemaking industry.
