目的:尝试走动式管理的应用效果。方法:将走动式管理应用于医院护理管理的各个要素之中。结果:通过走动式管理及其由此产生的管理效果,增进了同事间的感情交流,提高了护理工作的效率,促进了护理专业的发展。结论:医院护理部采用走动式管理模式成效显著,应该大力推广。

Objective： To explore application effects of management by wandering around. Methods： The management by wandering around was applied in various elements of hospital nursing management. Results：Through the management by wandering a_round and its effects, the affection between the colleague, the efficiency of nursing work, and the development of the nursing profession were improved. Conclusions：The effects of the management by wandering around is obvious, and it is worthy of promotion.
