护理干预对住院精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on hospitalized schizophrenics Patient with metabolic syndrome

目的:探讨护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者的影响。方法:163例住院慢性精神分裂症患者中,有45例符合代谢综合征,将其分为两组,对照组患者进行常规的精神分裂症护理,干预组患者在精神分裂症常规护理的基础上进行针对代谢综合征的护理干预。结果:经过6个月的干预,干预组患者在空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和体重指数(BMI)等方面指标较干预前有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,FBG、TG、HDL-C有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的发生率较高,通过合理的护理干预,能有效改善代谢综合征的症状,从而提高患者健康水平及生存质量。

Objective： To discuss effects of nursing intervention on hospitalized schizophrenics Patient with metabolic syn_drome. Methods：45 schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome were divided into two groups. The control group received the rou_tine psychiatric nursing, and the intervention group was added with nursing intervention to prevent metabolic syndrome. Results： On the 6th month, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） and body mass index （BMI） of intervention group were significantly improved and lower than those of control group, and the differences before and after the treatment in intervention group and between intervention group and control group were statistically significant （both P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The metabolic syndrome is highly prevalent among the patients with schizophrenia, strengthening nursing intervention measures can effec_tively control metabolic syndrome.
