基于半变异函数的浙江省FDI区域差异演变

Evolvement of regional difference of FDI in Zhejiang province based on semi-variogram function

运用半变异函数分析了2000年以来浙江省外商直接投资(FDI)区域差异演变.结果表明:浙江省FDI总体空间差异在逐渐增大,而且作用于整个空间尺度因随机因素引起的空间差异也在不断提高,而由于空间自相关引起的结构化分异日益减弱;浙江省FDI空间关联效应的影响范围在不断缩小,而且其空间格局演变连续性及空间自组织性均较强;从各个方向上的分维数来看,在4个年份中,东南—西北方向的均质性较高且不断上升,而东北—西南、南—北和东—西3个方向空间差异度逐渐增大,其中东北—西南方向空间差异度最大.最后,将浙江省FDI区域差异演变的成因归结为集聚效应、技术势差、经济区位和政府政策4个方面.

With the help of semi-variogram function, the regional difference evolution of FDI at county level in Zhejiang province was studied since 2000 . The results showed that the overall difference degree of FDI in Zhe-jiang province was rising as time went on, in addition, the level of spatial variability which was contributed to the influencie of the random rather than of the correlation was growing gradually. The degree of structured vari-ability caused by correlation, by contrast, continued dropping. The influence sphere of spatial correlation effects of FDI in Zhejiang province was narrowing, and the spatial framework of FDI in Zhejiang province ten-ded to be more continuous and self-organized. During the four years, the homogeneousness of FDI in the direc-tion of northwest-southeast was typical and increased with rising, while the degree of difference in the other di-rection continued to increase as time progressed. Moreover, the spatial difference in the direction of northeast-southwest was the greatest of all. Finally, the causes of regional difference evolution of FDI in Zhejiang prov-ince was divided into four parts： agglomeration effects, technical potential difference, economic location and government policy.
