共建“丝绸之路经济带”带给新疆发展的机遇与挑战

On Xinjiang's Opportunities and Challenges Brought by the Silk Road Economic Belt Project

在丝绸之路经济带中,新疆具有优越的地缘、人文、政策等优势,但在产业结构优化、区域经济均衡发展、外贸政策完善等方面还存在不足。从新丝绸之路经济带建设带给新疆的机遇与挑战两方面进行分析,为新疆在"共建丝绸之路经济带"背景下更好的扮演自己的角色提出相应的对策与建议。

Located in the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang enjoys the geography, humanity and policy advantages. However, there is still a long way to go to optimize its industrial structure, achieve regional equilibrium in development and perfect the foreign trade policies.This paper analyzes what opportunities and challenges may be brought to XinJiang from the new silk road construction and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help Xinjiang per-form a better role in the Silk Road Economic Belt Project.
