摘要
大型水利工程项目往往施工周期较长,施工难度较大,影响施工进度的因素较多,在项目前期确定一个可行且合理的进度方案显得尤为重要。结合糯扎渡水利工程的实际状况,对前期制定的3个进度方案进行对比分析,找出影响施工进度的主要因素,在此基础上,建立糯扎渡水利工程进度方案的评价指标体系,利用熵权和线性加权的方法对糯扎渡的进度方案进行评价。同时对评价指标的权重指标值进行变权分析,对项目施工工期方案的选择提供了参考依据。
Large-scale hydraulic engineering projects are often characterized by long and difficult construction work , during which many factors that tend to hamper the construction progress exist.As such , it is extremely important to make a feasible schedule plan at an early stage of the project.This article is grounded on the Nuozhadu Hydraulic Project to compare the three early -stage schedule plans and identify significant inhibitors of construction progress.Based on these findings , the evalua-tion indicator system for the Nuozhadu Hydraulic Project schedule plans are established , and entropy weight analysis and linear weighted methods are used for evaluation.Additionally , this study con-ducts the variable weight analysis on established indicators , the results of which can serve as the ref-erence for selecting construction schedule plans of other projects.
