教师教育协同创新的动力问题及其对策 被引量:10

Problems and Solutions to the Power of Collaborative Innovation in Teacher Education

摘要 2012年教育部在《教师教育课程标准》中将实践取向作为基本理念后,全国掀起了校地合作、区域合作协同创新教师教育的热潮。实践表明,行政协商形成的全面激励机制由于缺乏针对性和明确的协同目标,不能有效激发相关利益群体的协同动力。为此,需要根据协同人员所起的作用,进行选择性激励的顶层设计,对不同类型的目标人群采取针对性的激励措施,形成教师教育知识创新的利益激励链。在实际运作中,主要以协同创新项目实施筛选激励,以此激发志同道合的协同创新火花;围绕子目标实现将选择激励责任到人,以组织精英攻坚方式,释放出协同创新的心理潜能。 After the practice-oriented teacher education has been looked as the basic concept by the Ministry of Education in "Curriculum Standards of Teacher Education" in 2012, collaborative innovation boom of teacher education has launched throughout the country as the form of school cooperation and regional cooperation. Practice shows that the incentive mechanism lacking of specific and clear synergy target can't stimulate related interest groups" collaborative power. The countermeasures is to make the top- level design for the selective incentives according to the conduct of cooperative personnel, to take incentives targeting different groups, to form incentive motivation chain of knowledge innovation in teacher education. When put into practice, the screening incentive can be made around collaborative innovation projects , then the innovation-minded spark cab be stimulated because of the common goal . And around the sub-goals, the selective excitation can be subdivided to each person, which can organize the elite , and make them release mental potential through coUaborative innovation.
