乳腺浸润性导管癌患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染的临床诊断及治疗

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of human papilloma virus infection in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma

目的研究人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)与乳腺浸润性导管癌的关系,并探讨薏苡仁注射液治疗乳腺浸润性导管癌的疗效。方法选择医院2011年2月-2013年2月收治的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者50例,采用荧光定量PCR技术进行HPV检测,并将乳腺浸润性导管癌患者随机分为试验组与对照组各25例,试验组化疗同时注射薏苡仁注射液,对照组单纯化疗,数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组及对照组感染HPV均8例,阳性率为32.0%,两组患者的HPV分型差异无统计学意义;治疗后HR-HPV病毒载量明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD8+、自然杀伤细胞NK等均明显上升,CD8+明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用薏苡仁注射液治疗乳腺浸润性导管癌HPV感染,疗效确切、用药简便,具有一定的临床推广价值。

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between human papilloma virus （HPV） and invasive ductal carci‐noma of the breast ,and to explore the efficacy of Yiyiren injection in the treatment of invasive ductal breast carci‐noma .METHODS Totally 50 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma admitted in Feb .2011 to Feb .2013 were selected , the quantitative PCR technology was used to detect HPV and the patients with invasive ductal breast carcinoma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each group .The test group received chemotherapy plus Yiyiren injection ,the control group were treated with single chemotherapy .Da‐ta were statistically analyzed with the SPSS17 .0 software .RESULTS The experimental group and the control group both had a total of eight cases of HPV infection ,the positive rate was 32 .0% ,HPV genotyping in the two groups were not significantly different .After treatment HR‐HPV viral load was significantly reduced compared with before treatment ,the difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .After treatment ,T lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋ , T lymphocyte subsets CD8^＋ in peripheral blood ,natural killer cells were significantly increased and CD8^＋ was de‐creased significantly in the experimental group ,the difference was significant compared with the control group （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION Yiyiren injection in the treatment of HPV infection in invasive ductal breast carcinoma is effective and simple which has clinical value for promotion.
