摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病、糖调节受损(IGR)患者口腔假丝酵母菌属感染及影响因素,为2型糖尿病和IGR患者口腔假丝酵母菌属感染预防和临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取2010年6月-2013年6月90例2型糖尿病患者纳入糖尿病组(DM组),90例糖调节受损患者纳入IGR组,90名健康者纳入对照组,比较3组研究对象口腔假丝酵母菌属感染情况,并比较空腹血糖、唾液流量及唾液pH值,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果口腔假丝酵母菌属携带率DM组为17.78%、IGR组为10.00%、对照组为8.89%,DM组与IGR组、IGR组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义,口腔假丝酵母菌属感染率DM组为8.89%,明显高于IGR组的2.22%及对照组的2.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者是口腔假丝酵母菌属感染的易感人群,空腹血糖是其重要影响因素。
OBJECTIVE To study the oral Candida sp p infection and related factors in patients with type 2 diabetes and impaired glucose regulation (IGR) ,so as to provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment for oral Candida spp infection in patients with type 2 diabetes and IGR .METHODS Totally 90 patients with type 2 diabe‐tes from Jun .2010 to Jun .2013 were randomly selected and included into the diabetic group (DM group) ,90 pa‐tients with IGR were included into the IGR group ,90 healthy people were included into the control group .The situation of oral Candidaspp infection were compared ,as well as fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,saliva flow and saliva pH .The software SPSS13 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS The oral Candida spp carrier rate was 17 .78% in the DM group ,10 .00% in the IGR group ,and 8 .89% in the control group ,there was no signifi‐cant difference between the three groups .The oral Candida spp infection rate was 8 .89% in the DM group ,sig‐nificantly higher than 2 .22% in the IGR group and 2 .22% in the control group ,there was significant difference between the three groups (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The type 2 diabetic patients are susceptible to oral Candida spp infection ,and FPG is an important factor .
