摘要
目的探讨抗菌中药浸泡移植肌腱以预防重建手术之后发生感染临床效果,降低感染率。方法选取2010年2月-2013年2月医院收治的102例前交叉韧带损伤患者,按就诊顺序分为对照组及观察组,各51例;对照组患者围手术期给予抗菌药物,观察组在对照组基础之上在术前给予抗菌中药液浸泡每天2次,每次30min;观察治疗6周后患者肌腱吻合度和关节活动度,采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果两组患者治疗72h后,观察组局部组织菌落数为(5.25±0.36)CFU/皿,对照组为(7.49±0.28)CFU/皿,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且重建肌腱的吻合程度也显著增高。结论前交叉韧带重建术前对移植肌腱进行抗菌中药浸泡,对于预防感染效果良好,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of soaking of tendon grafts with antimicrobial traditional Chinese medicine for prevention of infection after reconstructive surgery so as to reduce infection rates .METHODS Totally 102 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to hospital during Feb .2010 to Feb .2013 were en‐rolled and divided into the control group (51 cases) and the observation group (51 cases) according to treatment sequence .The control group was given conventional antibiotics during the perioperative period .The observation group was given preoperative administration of antibacterial traditional Chinese liquid medicine for soaking two times a day ,every 30 min besides the treatment in the control group .The goodness of fit for tendon and the range of motion were observed after 6 weeks of treatment .The software SPSS18 .0 was used for statistical analysis . RESULTS The number of bacterial colonies of local tissue was (5 .25 ± 0 .36) CFU/plate in the observation group and (7 .49 ± 0 .28) CFU/plate in the control group after 72 hours of treatment ,the difference was statistically sig‐nificant between the two groups (P〈0 .05) .The goodness of fit for tendon reconstruction was also significantly increased .CONCLUSION Soaking of tendon grafts with antimicrobial traditional Chinese liquid medicine before an‐terior cruciate ligament reconstruction has good effect for the prevention of infection ,which is worthy of clinical promotion .
