小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期呼吸道感染的临床诊断与治疗 被引量:39

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of respiratory infection during acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children

摘要 目的探讨小儿支气管哮喘的防治方法,提高临床治疗效果。方法选择儿科2012年5月-2013年5月收治的确诊为小儿支气管哮喘患儿60例,随机分为试验组与对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用小青龙口服液治疗,对比两组治疗情况,数据采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果 60例支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿检出病原体63株,其中检出37株病毒,以合胞病毒为主占20.63%;细菌26株,占41.27%,肺炎克雷伯菌8株占12.70%,大肠埃希菌5株占7.94%,金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌各3株各占4.76%,鲍氏不动杆菌、假单胞菌属各2株各占3.17%;试验组治疗总有效率93.33%、咳嗽、呼吸困难、哮鸣音等支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床表现及症状消失的时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙口服液在治疗小儿支气管哮喘方面具有显著的临床疗效。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevention and control methods for pediatric bronchial asthma ,in order to improve clinical quality .METHODS During the period of May 2012 to May 2013 ,60 pediatric patients diag‐nosed with bronchial asthma were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,30 patients each .In the control group ,the patients were treated with conventional therapy ,while the patients in the experimental group were treated using Xiaoqinglong oral therapy in addition to the conventional therapy . The results of the two groups were compared and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 17 .0 .RESULTS A‐mong the 60 cases of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children ,37 strains of virus were detected ,which was dominated by syncytial virus ,accounting for 20 .63% ;besides ,63 strains of pathogens were detected ,among which 26 (41 .27% ) were bacteria ,including 8 strains of K lebsiella pneumoniae (12 .70% ) 5 strains of Escherich‐ia coli (7 .94% ) ,3 strains each of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae (4 .76% ) ,and 2 strains each of Acinetobacter spp and Pseudomonas (3 .17% ) .The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93 .33% , symptoms such as coughing ,difficulty breathing ,wheezing and other clinical manifestations of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma disappear significantly earlier than the control group (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION Oral Xiaoqin‐glong has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children .
