分层级管理模式在消毒隔离质量管理中的应用

Hierarchical management mode in quality control of disinfection and isolation

目的探讨护理部如何运用分层级管理,实施消毒隔离措施,保证消毒隔离质量,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 2011-2012年护理部设立消毒隔离质量管理委员会,负责全院消毒隔离质量标准制定、质量监控、专业知识培训和考核;科室设立消毒隔离质控员,负责科室消毒隔离质量的连续性监控和改进,培训和指导科室护士。结果护士在消毒隔离管理制度、标准预防、多药耐药菌管理制度、特殊疾病防护的专业知识掌握程度上有了显著提高(P<0.05);在无菌物品管理、无菌操作、常用消毒物品处理等消毒隔离质量上有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通过分层级系统、规范性的管理,能充分调动起每位护士对消毒隔离知识的学习能动性,增强护士对消毒隔离的责任心,能全面提高消毒隔离的质量和内涵,是加强消毒隔离质量管理的有效管理模式。

OBJECTIVE To discuss how to use the hierarchical management in the department of nursing to imple‐ment disinfection and isolation measures and ensure the quality of disinfection and isolation so as to provide refer‐ence for clinical treatment .METHODS The nursing department set up the disinfection quality management com‐mittee during 2011 to 2012 ,which was responsible for the establishment of quality standard for disinfection and isolation ,quality control ,professional knowledge training and assessment .The quality supervisor was assigned responsible for continuous monitoring and improving the quality of disinfection and isolation and the training and instruction for nurses .RESULTS Professional knowledge of nurses on isolation management system ,standard pre‐cautions , management system of multi‐drug resistant bacteria , special disease prevention was significantly improved（P〈0 .001） .Disinfection and isolation quality in the management of sterile goods ,aseptic operation , treatment of commonly used disinfection goods was improved significantly （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The hierar‐chical system and standardized management can fully mobilize every nurse on the activity of learning knowledge of disinfection and isolation ,enhance nurses responsibility on disinfection and isolation ,and improve the quality and the connotation of disinfection and isolation ,which is the effective management mode of disinfection and isolation quality control .
