Application of six sigma management in rent surgical instruments and implantable medical devices

摘要 目的探讨六西格玛法(DMAIC)管理在外来医疗器械及植入型器械中的应用效果,以控制医院感染,提高消毒供应中心管理质量。方法 2012年8月-2013年8月按照六西格玛法实施,即按照定义-测量-分析-改进-控制5个阶段,对外来医疗器械及植入型器械实现流程的优化,对流程优化前后效果进行评价,数据采用统计分类变量资料统计。结果应用六西格玛管理外来医疗器械及植入型器械后,实施标准化流程,加强每个环节管理,提升了器械清洗质量、医疗器械专业知识、包装及灭菌管理质量等;实施前器械公司人员培训管理与临床满意度分别为62.50%、81.25%,实施后均为100.00%。结论应用六西格玛管理外来医疗器械及植入型器械使流程标准化、规范化和专业化,整体上提高外来医疗器械及植入型器械的清洗消毒灭菌质量和满意度,降低安全隐患,控制和预防医院交叉感染。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the application of six sigma management for rent surgical instru‐ments and implantable medical devices so as to control nosocomial infections and improve the management of the central sterile supply department (CSSD ) .METHODS T he disposal process of rent surgical instruments and im‐plantable medical devices was optimized based on the five stages of the six sigma management method including definition ,measurement ,analysis ,improvement and control .Then ,the effects were evaluated and the data were summarized with categorical variables .RESULTS The application of six sigma management ,implementation of standard process and enhancement of management for each link significantly improved the quality of cleaning ,pro‐fessional knowledge of medical devices ,and the quality of packaging and sterilization .The training management and the clinical satisfaction were 62 .50% and 81 .25% respectively before the implementation and both turned into 100 .00% after implementation .CONCLUSION Six sigma management can achieve process standardization ,nor‐malization and professionalization for surgical instruments and implantable medical devices ,overall improve the cleaning and disinfection quality ,and increase satisfaction ,reduce potential safety hazard ,control and prevent nos‐ocomial infections .
