摘要
目的了解口腔综合治疗台水路晨间开诊前污染情况,评价干预措施的效果。方法选择2014年4月20台口腔综合治疗台作为样本,分为试验组10台,对照组10台;试验组用酸性氧化电位水流动冲洗口腔综合治疗台水路5min,对照组用蒸馏水代替消毒液,同样程序流动冲洗口腔综合治疗台水路,分别采集高速手机连接管水样送细菌培养及菌落计数,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果晨间开诊前未经任何处理水样,细菌培养菌落数为(3333.15±2107.41)CFU/ml,蒸馏水冲洗2 min水样细菌培养菌落数为(1370.50±1048.24)CFU/ml,前、后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组消毒后水样细菌培养菌落数为0CFU/ml,对照组冲洗后水样细菌培养菌落数为(952.10±834.22)CFU/ml,试验组与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路晨间开诊前污染严重,水路冲洗能减少细菌数量,但不能保证达到安全标准,应做常规消毒处理,酸性氧化电位水用于口腔综合治疗台水路的消毒效果可靠。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the contamination of dental unit waterlines (DUWL) before the opening time of the clinic in the morning and evaluate the efficacy of interventions .METHODS Totally 20 dental units before the opening time in the morning in Apr .2014 were selected as samples ,and were divided into the experiment group (n=10) and the control group (n=10) .Acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) was used as the disinfectant for flushing DUWL for 5 min in the experiment group .The disinfectant was replaced by distilled water and DUWL was flushed with the same procedure in the control group .The water samples were collected from the high‐speed handpiece line for bacterial culture and bacterial colony counting .The data were analyzed with the SPSS 20 .0 soft‐ware .RESULTS The bacterial colony was (3333 .15 ± 2107 .41)CFU/ml for the untreated water samples before the opening time in the morning ,and was (1370 .50 ± 1048 .24) CFU/ml after DUWL flushing for 2 min with dis‐tilled water ,the difference was significant (P〈0 .05) .The bacterial colony was 0 CFU/ml for the water samples after disinfection in the experiment group and was (952 .10 ± 834 .22)CFU/ml for the water samples after flushing in the control group ,the difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The contamination of DUWL is severe before the opening time in the morning ,flushing DUWL with distilled water can reduce the bacterial number ,but cannot ensure to meet safety standards .Disinfection for DUWL should be taken as a routine ,and acid EOW is an effective disinfectant for disinfection of DUWL .
