摘要
用醋酸镁作为封孔剂的主要成分,对铝阳极氧化膜进行了封孔研究。通过正交试验,研究了封孔工艺参数对封孔质量的影响,并得到了无镍封孔的优化工艺。结果表明,该优化的无镍封孔工艺可实现80℃中温下对阳极氧化膜进行封孔处理,能耗较低,封孔失重值小于30 mg/dm2,封孔效果良好,封孔过程中无Ni2+等环境污染源,且该工艺还具有抗Na+干扰能力突出的优势。
The sealing process for the anodic oxide film on aluminum alloy was studied with Mg(oAc) 2 as the main salt in sealing agent. Through orthogonal experiments ,the effect of sealing parameters on the sealing quality was studied and the optimized process of nickelfree sealing was obtained. The results show that the anodic oxide film can be sealed at 80℃ in the optimized process of nickel-free sealing. The advantages of this method lie in low energy consumption, weightless value less than 30 mg/dm^2, perfect sealing effect, environment friendliness due to no Ni^2 + , and strong anti-interference of N^a +
