摘要
新课程背景下,学校课程领导的效能成为学校特色形成和内涵发展的关键因素,提高校长的课程领导力是当务之急。为使校长进行自我诊断和改进时有一个参照体系,我们尝试提出一个校长有效课程领导力的要素框架及其特征表现。经研究,校长的有效课程领导力是一组要素的有机结合及其协同作用,包括"积极的成就动机"、"专业的课程知能"、"人本的领导风格"、"自觉的行为影响"、"创新的课程实践"、"高品质的学生发展"六个方面的特征要素。
Under the background of new curriculum reform, the effectiveness of curriculum leadership is a key factor to promote school connotation development, hence improving the headmaster's curriculum leadership has become a top priority. Effective curriculum leadership includes six elements: positive achievement motivation, professional course knowledge, humanistic leadership quality, behavior orientation awareness, innovative course practice and high quality students development.
