成人教育辅导员专业化面临的困境及对策

与普通的全日制高等教育一样,成人教育是我国完整教育体系的重要组成部分,尤其在当前全球强调终身学习理念的背景下,成人教育的重要性得到了进一步强化和重视。由于成人教育自身的特点和当前的教育实际,辅导员在该教育过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但就当前实际而言,成人教育中的辅导员队伍在专业化、职业化发展方面还相对滞后,不能满足成人教育迅速发展的需求。正是基于这一背景,首先分析了辅导员队伍走专业化道路的重要意义,然后结合当前实际和今后预期,因地制宜地提出了具有针对性的建议和对策,希冀能够通过研究为高校管理人员和相关理论研究人员提供参考和借鉴。

As the ordinary full-time higher education, adult education is an important part of the whole education system in China. In the context of current global concept of lifelong learning, the importance of adult education is further strengthened and payed attention to. Due to the characteristics of adult education itself and the current situation, the counselors play an important role in the process of education. But as an actual fact, the current development of counselors still has some drawbacks in specialization, such as cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of adult education, etc. Based on this fact, this paper first analyzed the importance of ＂ specialization＂ of counselor team, then combined the reality of current and future expectations, and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures with pertinence according to local conditions. Through analyzed on college management and related theoretical research, this paper hopes to provide some reference for the future development of adult education.
