The Practice and Exploration on the Cadre College Training Program——Taking Cadre Training Project in South China University of Technology as a Case Study

高校作为当前党政干部培训机构的重要补充,为干部的培养工作发挥了重大作用。近年来,华南理工大学依托学校的品牌、师资、学科以及地缘优势,立足广东,辐射全国,主动服务社会,开展了各类型、多层次的干部培训,取得了良好的社会效益。以华南理工大学的干部培训项目为研究案例,寄望为其他高校的干部培训项目发展提供一个参考样本。

As an important supplement of current mechanism cadre training, universities play a major role in the training of cadres . In recent years, relying on the brand, teachers, faculty and geographic advantages, South China University of Technology carried out various types of multi-level cadres training and achieved good social benefits. Taking the cadre training project in South China University of Technology as a case study, this paper hopes to provide a reference for cadres training project development in other universities.
