摘要
以"赤芥1号"品种根用芥菜为试材,按每667m2施用5、10、15、20、25kg硫酸钾设置5个处理,以不施肥为对照,研究了不同钾肥施用量对根用芥菜产量及品质的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,根用芥菜的产量随着钾肥施用量的增加而增加;施用钾肥可以提高根用芥菜氨基酸含量、可溶性糖含量,可使可溶性糖与总糖、总酸的比值增大,纤维素含量下降,改善根用芥菜的品质。该试验条件下根用芥菜钾肥最佳施用量为15kg/667m2。
Taking "Chijie No. 1" as experimental material, the effect of potassium fertilizers on yield and quality of B. j ucea var. megarrhiza Tsen et Lee were studied. The results showed that in a certain range,yield increased with the raising of potassium application rate, the application of potassium caused the increase of the contents of soluble sugar, amino acids, the ratio of soluble sugar to total sugar and the ratio of soluble sugar to total acid increased, the cellulose contents decreased,and the suitable potassium application rate was 15 kg/667m^2 for production.
