粉煤灰-木薯渣-蚯蚓粪基质的栽培效果研究 被引量:7

Effect of Fly Ash-Cassava Dregs-Vermicompost Substrate Cultivation

摘要 该研究将粉煤灰、木薯渣等材料按一定比例复配成新型基质,探讨不同配比粉煤灰基质对大白菜的栽培效果,并与市售普通基质进行比较。以市售普通基质为对照,设9个处理,粉煤灰、蚯蚓粪、木薯渣、蛭石的比例分别为50∶20∶20∶10、50∶10∶30∶10、60∶10∶20∶10、60∶0∶30∶10、70∶10∶10∶10、70∶0∶20∶10、80∶5∶5∶10、80∶10∶0∶10、80∶0∶10∶10,移栽大白菜,35d后取样测定大白菜株高、叶宽、叶长、伸展度、叶片数、叶绿素含量等指标。结果表明:粉煤灰用量与大白菜株高、叶宽、叶长、伸展度、叶片数,以及第1叶、第2叶、第3叶叶绿素浓度均呈负相关性,相关系数依次为:-0.608、-0.799**、-0.748**、-0.855**、-0.484*、-0.700**、-0.817**。最佳配方粉煤灰基质栽培的大白菜,其株高、叶宽、叶长、伸展度、叶片数比普通基质栽培分别增加了16.7%、1.3%、27.2%、19.8%和15.4%,而叶绿素含量则明显小于市售基质处理,第1叶、第2叶、第3叶的叶绿素含量分别是市售普通基质栽培的42.0%、75.0%、68.9%。 In order to make better use of fly ash,a kind of industrial waste,expand its wide range of applications in the field of agriculture. This study mainly use fly ash, cassava dregs and other materials according to certain proportion into the new matrix,explore the effect of different ratio of fly ash substrate cultivation of Chinese cabbage,and with a commercially available common matrix for comparison. Experiment with common commercially available substrate for comparison,set up nine ratio treats, the ratio of fly ash, vermicompost, cassava dregs, vermiculite respectively was 50:20:20: 10,50: 10:30: 10,60: 10: 20: 10,60: 0: 30:10,70: 10: 10: 10,70: 0 : 20 : 10,80: 5:5: 10, 80 : 10 : 0 : 10,80 : 0 : 10 :10, transplanting Chinese cabbage, measured the height, leaf width, leaf length, stretching degrees,number o{ leaves, chlorophyll content and other indicators of Chinese cabbages after 35 days. The results showed that the dosage of fly ash and cabbage plant height, leaf width, leaf length, stretch, leaf number, and the chlorophyll concentration of first leaf, second leaf, third leaf showed a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient were:--0. 608, --0. 799 ** , --0. 748** ,--0. 855**,--0. 484* ,--0. 700** ,--0. 817** . The best formula of fly ash substrate cultivation of Chinese cabbage, plant height, leaf width, leaf length, stretch, leaf number increased by 16.7 %, 1.3 %, 27. 2 %, 19. 8 % and 15. 4% than normal substrate, while chlorophyll content was significantly less than the commercially available substrate treatment,the chlorophyll content of first leaf, second leaf, third leaf respectively were commercially available common matrix cultivation of 42. 0% ,75. 0% ,68. 9%.
