基于模糊综合评价法的港口生态文化评价研究

Study on evaluation of port ecological culture

论文结合港口发展的需要及文化的特点、作用,采取穷尽式搜索的信息沉淀方法以及因子分析降维提取公因式的方法构建出港口生态文化三级指标体系。通过运用层次分析法及模糊综合评价法构建出港口生态文化评价模型,同时结合上海港口生态文化的建设进行案例分析以期将复杂、模糊的文化评价问题进行量化处理。最后针对企业生态文化建设,提出企业可参考设计的指标及权重,明确建设重点及方向的建议。

Combined with the need of the development of port and cultural characteristics, we take the information precipitation method and the method of dimension reduction factor analysis to extract common factor to construct the indicators index system of port＇s ecological culture. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, we built the appraisal model of port＇s ecological culture. And combining with case analysis of Yang shan port ecological culture construction, we hope to quantify the complex, fuzzy processing cultural evaluation problem. Finally based on the construction of enterprises ecological culture, we proposed that enterprise can clear the direction by the designed indexes and weights.
