当前农村城镇化进程中农民住宅建设的几点思考

Thinking on rural farmers housing construction in the current rural urbanization process

根据党中央国务院加快农村城镇化建设进程的战略要求,从规划设计和工程建设的角度分析了当前城镇化建设存在的问题,并提出了改进意见。从服从农民的生产特点和生活习惯入手,以提高居住质量为目的,重点论述规划的合理性、适应性和规划的主要内容及要求,并简要论证了绿色可再生能源沼气、太阳能在村镇建设项目中的利用方案。

According to the strategic requirements of the CPC Central Committee and State Council to speed up the construction of the rural urbanization,the existing problems in the current urbanization construction is ana-lyzed from the perspective of the planning design and engineering construction,and some suggestions are put forward. With the purpose of improving the living quality,starting from the obedience ofthe production charac-teristicsand living habits of farmers,the rationality and adaptability of planning and its main content and re-quirements are discussed in particular,and the utilization schemes of biogas and solar energy,the green re-newable energy,are demonstrated briefly in the construction project of villages and towns.
