摘要 [目的]太子参多糖提取工艺对比研究得出最优方案,并对最优工艺进行优选。[方法]分别采用水提醇沉法、超声波法、微波辅助热水提取法提取太子参多糖,对比得出最优方法,且对最优提取法的工艺参数进行优化。[结果]最优提取方法为超声波法;超声波提取法的最佳工艺参数为料液比1∶30、提取温度40℃、提取时间20 min、提取次数3次。[结论]优化后的工艺简单易行,此条件下多糖含量达23.8%。 [Objective] The optimal extraction proposal of polysoccharides from Radix Pseudostellarial was obtained by contrastive study,and the optimal process was optimized.[Method] The method of water extract-alcohol extraction,ultrasonic method,and the microwave-assisted hot water extraction method were used to extract polysoccharides from Radix Pseudostellarial respectively,and the process parameters of ultrasonic method was optimized.[Result] The optimal extraction proposal was ultrasonic method,and the optimum conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,temperature 40 ℃,time 20 rmin and extraction 3 times.[Conclusion] The optimizing technique was simple and practicable,and the extraction of polysoccharides from Radix Pseudostellarial can reach 23.8% by the above conditions.
