目前,国内学术界对农民合作社的研究呈现两大分野,一是对农民专业合作社的研究,二是对综合性农民合作社的研究。二者研究方向不同,在一定程度上代表了不同的学术倾向。该研究通过述评与比较国内学者在这两方面的研究内容,指出其研究不足和以后研究方向,为促进农村合作经济发展提供思路和借鉴。
