摘要
目的研究冷水花的抗菌活性成分。方法基于抗菌活性测试,利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20及重结晶等方法分离冷水花提取物的化学成分,并根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从冷水花乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯抗菌活性部位中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),胆甾醇(2),豆甾醇(3),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(4),大黄素(5),芹菜素(6),木犀草素(7),木犀草苷(8)和大波斯菊苷(9)。抗菌活性跟踪测试显示化合物8、9对所试菌株的抑制活性均高于阳性对照药剂庆大霉素。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物8、9具有明显的抗菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the antibacterial constituents of Pilea notata C. H. Wright. METHODS Compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH -20 and recrystallisation based on antibacterial activity test, and the structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as sitosterone( 1 ), cholesterol( 2 ) , stigmasterol ( 3 ) , stigmast-7-en-3β-ol ( 4 ) , emodin ( 5 ), apigenin ( 6 ) , luteolin ( 7 ) , luteoloside ( 8 ) and cosmosiin (9). Compounds 8 and 9 showed better potential inhibitory activity than the positive control gentamicin. CONCLUSION All of the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time, among which compounds 8 and 9 have potential antibacterial activity.
