摘要 为保证机组优良的水汽品质和精处理系统安全、经济运行,对粉末树脂覆盖过滤器和高速混床的运行方式进行了优化。结果表明,过滤器只铺纤维粉运行时,周期制水量及运行压差正常,且除铁效果良好,除铁效率大于95%;混床应以直接电导率大于0.2μS/cm、Si的质量浓度大于10μg/L或Na的质量浓度大于3.0μg/L作为混床运行终点,同时确保精处理出口母管的氢电导率小于0.1μS/cm。 The powder resin precoat filter and the operation mode of high-speed mixed bed was optimized to keep vapor good and operate ion of condensate polishing treatment system safely and economically. The results showed that when the filter was running only with fiber powder,cycle water production and operating differential pressure was normal,and the effect of iron removal was more than 95%; the operation end of mixed bed should be of direct conductivity greater than 0.2 μS/cm or mass concentration of Si more than 10 μg/L or mass concentration of Na more than 3.0 μg/L. At the same time,the hydrogen conductivity should be less than 0.1 μS/cm.
