摘要 以某卧式斜床身车床为例,采用机床结合部特性仿真分析的有限元方法,建立基于结合面的整机有限元模型,根据实际工作情况对床身进行有静力析,得到最大应力变形和最大应力值。对整机进行模态分析,得到结合部对模态影响结果。根据静动态分析结果对床身结构进行优化,结果表明优化后床身静动态特性有显著提高。 This article takes a horizontal slant bed lathe as an example, proceeded finite element modeling of simulational analysis for the lathe' s joint parts , build a model using finite element modeling based on the joint surface ,then made the static analysis based on actual work on of this lathe, resulting in maximum stress deformation and stress value. Then made modal analysis of the whole machine, got the modal effecting result of the joint parts. In the end the lathe structures based on static and dynamic analysis results are optimized, and showed improvement in static and dynamic characteristics of optimized machine bed.
