摘要
某车型的独立后悬架纵臂轴发生断裂,由于该结构工作时受力情况复杂,因此无法用静态有限元分析确定其断裂的原因。设计了一套试验方案,在试验场进行实车试验,分析地面对车轮的三个方向的输入力与纵臂轴应力的关系,认为横向力造成较大的水平弯矩,是发生断裂主要原因,最后提出解决方案并得到验证。
The independent rear suspension trailing arm shaft of one type of car was fracture during working, which suffered complex load condition. Static finite element analysis can not determine the cause of fracture. So a set of experiments were designed to research the relationship of the structure stress on the trailing arm shaft and input forces between the wheel and pavement. The experiment result show the horizontal bending moment cause by lateral force was the main reason of fracture. Finally,A solution was proposed and verified.
