摘要
露石混凝土制备过程中,确定合适的表面刷除时间是制备露石混凝土的关键,但是施工过程中存在表面刷除时间难以确定、无具体的量化指标、易受温度、水灰比、配合比、操作人员的经验等因素影响的问题。因此,本文设计了混凝土介电性能测试装置,并将其用于水泥混凝土水化过程的连续检测,根据露石混凝土相对介电常数与其力学性能、孔隙率、温度之间的关系,建立了表面刷除时间预测模型,用于预测和确定露石混凝土表面刷除时间。结果表明,该方法具有快速、无损的、准确的特点。
Determination of the brushing time is the critical factor to prepare aggregate exposing concrete.While,the brushing time is difficult to determine,and there is no specific quantitative indicators. Also it is vulnerable to temperature,water cement ratio,mixture ratio,the experience of operating personnel. A nondestructive testing method for monitoring hydration of concrete is proposed. Based on the relationship between dielectric properties and physical properties,chemical compositions and porosity,a prediction model is built which is used to predict the brushing time. The test results show that this method is rapid,non-destructive,and accurate.
