早强型水泥助磨剂对水泥基材料耐久性的影响

Effect of One Liquid Grinding Aid with High Early Age Strength Performance on Durability of Cement

水泥助磨剂对水泥的耐久性直接关系到混凝土的耐久性。本文研究了一种自制早强型水泥助磨剂对普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰水泥、矿渣水泥基材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀、抗氯离子渗透及钢筋锈蚀能力的影响,结果表明:助磨剂能显著提高普通硅酸水泥、粉煤灰水泥及矿渣水泥的抗蚀性及抗氯离子渗透性能,同时不会破坏钢筋表面的钝化膜,综合提高了水泥基材料的耐久性。

The cement grinding aids plays a key role on the durability of concrete. In this paper,the effect of liquid grinding aids on sulphate attack resistance,chloride ion penetration resistance and reinforcement corrosion resistance of ordinary Portland cement,fly ash cement,blast furnace slag cement pastes have been systematically studied. Results show that the incorporation of liquid grinding aid improved the properties of sulphate attack resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance and reinforcement corrosion resistance.
