水泥窑口用浇注料的研制

摘要 以红柱石、板刚玉、碳化硅、氧化铝为主要原料,在原始配方基础上,通过调整95碳化硅、S71拉法基水泥的加入量及氧化铝种类制备水泥回转窑窑口浇注料,对该浇注料进行了线变化率、体积密度、强度、抗热震等性能测定。试验研究结果表明:较适宜用作浇注料的配料组成为碳化硅含量12%、板刚玉含量8%;作为结合剂使用的S71拉法基水泥含量为8%;氧化铝宜选用氧化铝CTC50,含量为11%。 The important raw materials are andalusite and platelike corundum,silicon carbide,alumina et al. On the base of the original recipe,addition of 95 silicon carbide,S71 rafa the cement and the type of alumina are adjusted to prepare castable of rotary kilneye. Performances of the castable such as line change rate,volume density,strength and the hot shock stability are measured. The results shows that more appropriate recipe is 12% for silicon carbide,8% for platelike corundum; S71 rafa cement as a binder content is 8%; The kind of alumina should be chosen alumina CTC50 whose content is 11%.
