摘要
对电梯永磁同步曳引机高速封星短路作了详细的分析。解析推导出了短路时的瞬态短路电流和电磁转矩的计算式,并通过Ansoft Maxwell软件对电动机进行仿真,证明了解析法的正确性。分析结果为曳引机高速封墼产生再生制动,使电梯快速减停提供依据。
This paper analyzes the sudden short circuit of the permanent magnet synohronous traction machine of elevator at a high speed, and deduces the formulas of the transient shortcirouit current and electromagnetic torque of the motor. Ansoft Maxwell.is used to simulate the process. By comparing the results, it shows the correctness of the analysis method. The results provide a basis for that the short-clrcuit of the traction machine at a high speed can produce regenerative braking, therefore it can stop the elevator quickly.
