尤昭玲分期治疗宫腔粘连经验 被引量：11

摘要 总结尤昭玲教授对宫腔粘连的临床探索和诊疗经验。尤教授通过对病因的探索,将宫腔粘连的病机归结为"虚"、"瘀"、"结"三方面,认为临床多以脾肾两虚为主,以"清热消炎、调膜助养"为治疗大法,行经期和经后期分别辨证施治,行经期以"通"为顺,经后期调"膜"长养,均用自拟方加减进行治疗,并结合手术,灵活运用。同时,尤教授创立了外用、食疗、耳穴等各种诊疗方式,辅助中药治疗,相得益彰。
