An Analysis on Necessity of Training High Level Professional Talents in Cancer Hospital

本文从高层次专业人才的类型、需求及医院发展三个层面分析培养高层次专业人才的必要性,阐述了通过继续教育和人才引进、院内行政科室轮转学习、建立拔尖人才库、设立人才培养基金多渠道培养及加强宣传,创新制度及搭建培养平台多项举措,培养和造就了一大批高层次专业人才,推动了医院可持续发展。

This article based on three aspects：the type of high level professional talents,demand and hospital development analyse the necessity of cultivating high level professionals,elaborated through continuing education and talent introduction,learning in hospital administration department,setting up top-notch talent pool and talent cultivation funds through various channels,and strengthening the propaganda,innovating system and constructing platform for cultivating measures,which has trained and brought up a large number of high level professional talents,promoted the sustainable development of the hospital.
