鲍曼不动杆菌抗药基因检测与消毒剂抗性研究

STUDY ON DRUG-RESISTANT GENES IN A cinetobacter bacillus AND RESISTANCE TO DISINFECTANTS

目的研究医院分离鲍曼不动杆菌抗药基因携带情况及其对消毒剂抗性水平。方法采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术与肉汤稀释法,对某医院病人送检标本和环境标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行qac E△1-sul I基因和消毒剂抗性检测。结果从病人送检标本中检出2株鲍曼不动杆菌,其中1株qac E△1-sul I基因阳性。从环境标本中检出5株鲍曼不动杆菌均未检出抗药基因。三氯异氰尿酸对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值均为500~1 000 mg/L,有2株菌MIC和6株菌MBC高于标准菌株。聚维酮碘对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值为200~800 mg/L,有4株菌的MBC值高于标准菌株。戊二醛对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值为1 250~2 500 mg/L,有4株菌的MBC值高于标准菌株。结论病人送检标本分离的鲍曼不动杆菌检出qac E△-sul I基因,而环境标本中未检出抗药基因菌株。所试验的三种消毒剂对该菌的MBC值多数菌株高于标准菌株。 出抗药基因菌株。所试验的三种消毒剂对该菌的M BC值多数菌株高于标准菌株。

Objective To study the drug - resistance genes carried by hospital isolated Acinetobacter bacillus and analyze the correlation with their resistance to disinfectants. Methods PCR method and broth dilution method were used to detect qacEA 1 - sul I gene of patient isolated and environmenta isolated Acinetobacter bacillus and the resistance to disinfect- ants. Results Two strains of Acinetobacter bacillus were isolated from patients＇samples and one strain was qacE △ - sul I gene positive. And five strains of Acinetobacter bacillus isolated from environment samples were all qacE△1 -sul I gene neg- ative. The MIC and MBC value of trichloroisocyanuric acid for 7 strains of Acinetobacter bacillus were 500 - 1 000 mg/L. The MIC value of 2 strains and the MBC value of 6 strains were higher than standard strain. The MIC and MBC value of povidone - iodine for 7 strains of Acinetobacter bacillus were 200 - 800 mg/L The MBC value of 4 strains were higher than standard strain. The MIC and MBC value of glutaraldehyde for 7 strains of Acinetobacter bacillus were 1 250 -2 500 mg,/L. The MBC value of 4 strains were higher than standard strain. Conclusion qacE△ 1 -sul I gene was found in one strain of Acineto- bacter bacillus isolated from patients＇samples, not found in the strains of environment samples. The MBC value of most strains were higher than standard strain to the three test disinfectants.
